Participants in the Youth in Action – Credit Connections project agree to:

  1. Complete health and safety training provided by Ecosource and agree to adhere to public health guidelines related to COVID-19.
  2. Attend workshops and events whenever possible (at least 2 per month).
  3. Complete 120 hours of volunteer service within the duration of the program.
  4. Design, lead and document a stewardship project with the support of the program coordinator.
  5. Check in regularly with the program coordinator so they can provide additional support as needed.
  6. Present stewardship project at the final celebration to share learning, if desired.
  7. Engage in a respectful manner with peers, guest speakers and Ecosource staff for the duration of the program.
  8. Respond in a timely fashion to requests from the program coordinator as required.
  9. Demonstrate a commitment to learning and acquiring new skills through the program.

I further confirm that all eligibility criteria for participation have been met and consent to participation (or, if participant is under 18 years old, give permission for my child to participate).
